Don't Miss the Trials in ARC Raiders on March 23rd - The Rewards Are Better Than Raids!

ARC Raiders released its latest weekly trials on March 23rd, some of which are quite difficult and require the strategies and tips provided in this guide to complete.

ARC Raiders players are eagerly anticipating Flashpoint update launching on March 31st, as the new content is incredibly exciting, including new map conditions, enemies, and player items. Against this backdrop, the weekly trials launching on March 23rd have received little attention.

However, this doesn't mean these trials are worthless. On the contrary, the loot rewards for completing the trials far exceed those of regular raids. Before you begin, however, it's worth referring to this guide for more details about this week's trials, such as the trial list and completion steps.Don't Miss the Trials in ARC Raiders on March 23rd - The Rewards Are Better Than Raids!

Trial 1: Gather Plants

In this week's first trial, you don't need to participate in large-scale conflicts or battles. Simply find plants like mushrooms, mulleins, and agave on the map when it's in Lush Bloom condition. They will appear on the normal map every two hours, so you need to pay attention to the map changes and manage your time to complete Trial 1.

Fortunately, Insider Gaming provides a map status tracker to help you schedule your trial time.

It's worth noting that the fruit collected in this trial doesn't count towards the progress bar, so you don't need to collect any fruit during the collection process; you only need to focus on the plants themselves. You can extract the plants once they've been collected.

Trial 2: Eliminate Ticks, Fireballs, and Exploding Monsters

Compared to previous trials, this mission requires you to fight the aforementioned Arc enemies. But don't worry, as long as you master some specific combat strategies, such as understanding each enemy's weaknesses and focusing on attacking those weaknesses, the process won't be too difficult. The enemies appearing on the map are the easiest to deal with, and you can even enter the trial using free equipment, which also reduces the difficulty of passing the trial.

It's worth mentioning that you need to be careful to avoid being surrounded by these enemies. Ideally, you should defeat them one by one. The worst-case scenario is that if you are surrounded, you will have to retreat or regroup. This means you will need to use ARC Raider items with area-of-effect damage, such as Aphelion, to increase your success rate.

Trial 3: Attack Ground Arc Enemies

This trial offers a high degree of freedom. You can choose different maps to complete this trial while simultaneously completing other ongoing missions, trials, and events–a win-win situation.

Here are all the enemies you can choose to defeat in this trial:

  • Tick
  • Pop
  • Fireball
  • Turret
  • Surveyor
  • Sentinel
  • Leaper
  • Bastion
  • Grenadier
  • Matriarch
  • Queen

The points awarded for defeating different enemies vary, and you can freely choose your targets. Each map has ARC, so you can choose your preferred map for the trial. Attacking enemies with high scores will allow you to pass the trial quickly.

For example, if you choose to attack Pops, you only need to kill five to get a three-star score and pass the trial, but the difficulty will also be higher than other enemies.

Trial 4: Search Containers in the Medical Research Center

Compared to previous trials, this trial is easier. You don't need to fight. Simply head to Stramontes, land, find the medical center on the right side of the map, search all the containers you can find, and then successfully evacuate.

It's worth noting that for a higher score, it's best to enter the map at night, but this will increase the difficulty of the search. You can use tactical scanning or some useful tools.

Trial 5: Defused Mines

After successfully passing the fourth trial, the fifth trial requires more caution. To pass this trial, you must pass through the blue gate under Locked Gate Major Map Condition. Once on the ground, you don't need to enter the traffic tunnel; just stay on the ground. The hills near Pilgrim's Peak are a good search location.

To achieve a three-star rating in the trial, you need to defuse a total of 14 mines.

These mines are scattered throughout the map. To defuse them, you need to approach slowly and maintain a sufficient distance to avoid detonation. This means the mines are widely distributed, increasing the difficulty and time required for successful defuse.

To cope with this situation, you can use some auxiliary tools, such as binoculars. These tools can locate landmines in advance over a wide area, significantly reducing the difficulty of disarming them, saving trial time, and ultimately leading to higher scores.

The above covers all the trials for this week, along with the items I personally used to complete them. These items increased my success rate and earned me more rewards. In reality, you can choose whether or not to use these items based on your own needs. Players who want to gain more benefits can directly refer to my methods.
