ARC Raiders Wires Crossed Mission Guide: How to Find Required Materials and Complete Every Objective

Many players have reported that Wires Crossed mission in ARC Raiders is overly complex, with  required materials and completion criteria proving difficult to locate or understand.

However,  rewards are substantial: completing this mission grants you three Electrical Components, one Renegade I, two Ziplines, and two Crash Mats. Most importantly, it provides 8,000 XP, which is a great boost for leveling up.

Personally, I don't find this mission particularly difficult.

Prerequisites

Required Materials

To complete the mission, you will need to acquire the following items:

• Snitch Scanner
• Surveyor Vault
• Sentinel Firing Core

These items aren't exceptionally rare in ARC Raiders; they are scattered across the map. While finding one or two while exploring is easy, collecting all three can be quite time-consuming.

Targeted Material Acquisition

There are specific ways to hunt for these items. For instance, you can obtain a Snitch Scanner by defeating a Snitch, or a Surveyor Vault by taking down a Surveyor. As for Sentinel Firing Core, there isn't a reliable way to obtain it by targeting a specific enemy type.

Keep in mind that you will need decent gear to handle these encounters.

Collecting Materials Without Combat

Since not everyone may be equipped to defeat these ARC entities, there is an alternative method. You can gather all the necessary materials without having to kill a single enemy.

Simply wait for an Electromagnetic Storm to occur; once you enter the storm, you will find numerous Couriers scattered across the map. At this point, feel free to move in and loot them; you'll obtain a variety of ARC Raiders items, and it's highly likely that the specific items you need will be among them.

If the timing isn't right and there's no Electromagnetic Storm anywhere on the map, don't just sit around waiting. ARC Raiders features multiple servers; try switching regions—you might find that this special event appears once you've moved to a different server.

Mission Walkthrough

Once you've gathered all the necessary materials, you'll need to travel to various locations across ARC Raiders map to install each item at its designated spot. Below, I'll break down the specific steps for reaching the installation points for each of the three items.

Snitch Scanner

First, open Blue Gate map in ARC Raiders and head to Pilgrim's Peak.

After the area loads, look straight ahead; you'll see a massive, complex structure. Make your way toward this building and find a path to the top.

Typically, you'll find a rope located in a corner inside the building. If you don't see it, head to the very bottom level—you'll find a rope there as well that will take you all the way to the top.

Once you reach the summit, look for an antenna among the many present that is oriented toward the east. The area around this specific antenna is where you need to install Snitch Scanner. Completing this step finishes one-third of your mission.

Surveyor Vault

For this, you need to head to Launch Towers within the Spaceport area. Once inside Launch Towers, you'll again need to make your way to the top of the structure.

The method for reaching the top is the same as before: look for a rope inside the building that leads upward, which will quickly get you to the summit.

In ARC Raiders, some mission prompts can be counterintuitive; in this case, the installation doesn't actually take place at the very top. Instead, locate the specific antenna at the westernmost edge of the roof—the precise spot where you need to install Surveyor Vault is on the ground level directly beneath that antenna.

Once you've identified the correct antenna, head down to the lowest level; the very bottom is where you'll be able to interact with the object to complete this part of the mission. Once you have reached the correct location, you will be able to install Surveyor Vault.

Sentinel Firing Core

To install the final item, you must head to Grandioso Apartments in Buried City. Since these apartments are situated at the very heart of this area, finding the general vicinity is quite straightforward. Upon entering the map, simply make your way toward the largest building in the center—that is Grandioso Apartments.

Once you arrive at the apartments, you will find the final antenna location on the roof of the building at the southernmost end.

Make your way up using the stairs; once you reach the designated spot, you will see exactly where Sentinel Firing Core needs to be installed.

Conclusion
